Therapeutic Foster Care
Like typical foster care, a child unable to live with his/her own family lives with a foster family.
TFC families provide basic care to the child, along with much more. They plan an important role of being part of the therapeutic team, to help provide emotional healing and behavior supports to the child. TFC families help children to learn to live in a healthy family environment and become an active member of the community.
